7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags and packaging intact
- Free from stains, perfume, damage, or alterations
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Return Reasons Accepted
We accept returns for:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged or defective product
- Size issue (subject to stock availability for exchange)
- Product significantly different from what was ordered
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Slight color variation due to screen/display differences
- Products damaged after use or washing
- Sale / clearance items (unless damaged or incorrect)
Refund / Exchange Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved returns may be exchanged for another size/product (subject to availability), or
- Refund may be processed according to the payment method used
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer / wallet transfer.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), Little Maryam will cover shipping charges.
- For size exchanges or personal preference returns, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
